Draft status and contact

This policy is a staging review draft. Final production procedures and applicable requirements must be reviewed before launch. For assistance, billing concerns, exposed links or a missing private notice, contact support@insulationblacklist.com. Do not place private evidence in the public assistant.

Submitting a dispute

Use the private link in the contractor notice and describe the invoice, identity, payment or balance information believed to be inaccurate. Disputing is free and does not require buying a report. Support can arrange another secure submission route when a link is unavailable. Only share business evidence relevant to the dispute; avoid unrelated personal information.

While review is open

An unresolved dispute is flagged and excluded from confirmed delinquency totals. The reporting supplier can respond privately and provide evidence through available secure tools. A supplier response alone does not close a dispute or restore eligibility. Private document uploads are offered only after scanning and secure storage have been activated; otherwise arrange secure submission with support.

Review and outcomes

An administrator reviews the evidence and records a substantiated, corrected, withdrawn or paid-in-full outcome with an internal audit reason. Correcting a disputed balance cannot increase the obligation in this workflow. A supplier reply alone is insufficient to restore a record. Other unresolved disputes on the same invoice continue to suppress it. Internal administrative review notes are not displayed to other businesses or in the contractor notice.

Payments, corrections and saved reports

Reliable payment updates reduce the active balance; paid-in-full invoices are excluded from current delinquency totals. Historical paid snapshots remain dated records and do not update automatically. A new detailed search has a separate confirmation and charge. Contact support about a historical result that needs an explanatory correction or a payment-access issue; do not purchase a second report merely to recover the first.

Private communications and follow-up

Keep evidence, supplier correspondence and access links private. The administrator and the reporting supplier may review the dispute as needed, and the contractor receives authorized private communications. Reminder and delivery functions depend on operating integrations. This draft does not promise an unverified response or resolution deadline. If an outcome appears incorrect or new evidence becomes available, request further review through support.
